Four ways we help Charlotte businesses stop blending in and start standing out online.

Onyx Media Group exists because local businesses deserve better than what they're usually offered.
Most web design shops charge $5,000–$15,000 for work that takes months to deliver and looks like a slightly-customized template. Meanwhile, platforms like Wix and Squarespace promise simplicity but deliver mediocrity — sites that look identical to a thousand others and do nothing to help a business grow.
I built Onyx Media Group to close that gap. Using modern web technology — Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, Supabase — and an AI-powered workflow built around Claude Code, I can build sites that genuinely compete with the $10,000 agencies at a price that doesn't require a small business to take out a loan.
Every site I build is designed from scratch. I don't have a template library. I study the business, understand the customers, and design something specific — something that communicates what makes that business worth choosing.
I'm based in Charlotte, NC. I work primarily with local businesses — restaurants, barbershops, salons, contractors, retailers — anyone who knows their business is better than their website suggests. If that's you, let's talk.
How We Work
What Makes Onyx Different
No Templates. Ever.
Every site is built from a blank canvas. If I've built something that looks like it before, I scrap it and start over.
Priced for Real Businesses
A $5,000 site budget is a fantasy for most local businesses. $799 is real. The quality doesn't change — just the price.
Built with Modern Technology
Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, Supabase, Vercel, Claude Code. The same stack agencies charge $10K to use — at accessible prices.
Fast. Really Fast.
Most sites take months. We move in days. First call to live site in 2–3 days — because your business can't wait, and neither can we.
